The Skin Test Institute in Neuchâtel conducts efficacy and tolerance studies of cosmetic products and their active ingredients. Our worldwide customers are companies active in the sector of cosmetics. In order to strengthen the Skin Test Institute's team, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Manager and with the team, he/she will have interest in cosmetic products and the efficacy thereof, in the performance of biometric measurements on humans (in vivo studies), in scientific project management, and in business contacts with customers. He/she will also be involved in the ISO 9001 continued implementation steps for quality improvement. The following profile conditions are required: - Activity rate 80-100% - Ability to manage a study project, from logistics to reporting. - Flexible working hours during the week, whenever needed. - Ability to work in a team and to perform measurements on volunteers' skin in our laboratories. - Experience and/or ability to set up contacts with customers and to negotiate projects. - Written and spoken competence (fluent): French / English or German / English. - Knowledge of the Office software. Ability to perform calculations with scientific data sets. Skills in writing scientific reports (English). The knowledge of statistics is an advantage (validation of study results). - Required graduation: High School (Polytechnic School, University, University of Applied Sciences) or Laboratory Technician in medical or paramedical care with a minimum of 5 years of Professional experience.
