Objective: The job holder will be responsible to oversee all business functions. The main objective of the job holder will be to develop the existing business lines with the existing and new stakeholders in line with the company’s strategy and culture. Main tasks: Set and communicate the company’s strategic direction and culture in a clear and engaging way for all stakeholders Ensure all resources and capital of the company to be allocated in accordance with the company’s priorities Oversee the company’s performance and ensure the complete and proper execution of all tasks Ensure all company values are integrated and applied consistently Requirements: A confirmed financial professional in international as well as Turkish markets; With good knowledge of bulk liquid chemicals such as aromatics (toluene, solvent xylene), base oils, and hexane business; A team leader with a minimum of 7-year extensive experience of chemicals trading with international business partners. A career in Banking/Finance sector is also valuable. Having in depth knowledge of Turkish and international markets (such as Romanian, Italian, American, Greek, and British Markets) supported by thorough analyses on these markets; University background with a post-graduate degree in Finance and/or Business & Management, preferably from a reputable European university Strong problem-solving, negotiation, interpersonal and analytical skills Fluent in Turkish, English and German Swiss or holder of a valid permit.
