As a consultant on our teams you work on demanding and international transformation projects for well-known global corporations. Taking over responsibility from your first day on, you accompany clients from the initial phase to the project finalization. We will help you to build up the necessary skill set to ensure that our work leads to tangible, sustainable and repeatable results.

Our methodology integrates perspectives of business and technology strategy, functional expertise, service design and analytics bringing together financial and operational data. So, we need you to work strategically and implement pragmatically in close collaboration with our clients. It is important to us to carefully calibrate concepts and methodologies to be successful in our clients' process and cultural environment. We achieve this by working hand-in-hand with our clients through all project phases.

What you bring to the table
• Excellent degree in technology management, business informatics OR decision sciences, mathematics, physics, engineering paired with business-management expertise
• Combination of business know-how and basic IT competency, which you have gathered in 1-3 years of professional working experience either in consulting, audit, finance or a similar position
• Client-focused, service-oriented and self-driven attitude with convincing presentation skills and the ability to easily engage with new people and expand your network
• Passion and willingness to travel across Europe (average of 3 days per week)
• Fluent business English (ELLIX company language), German would be advantageous
