Job purpose and responsibilities To prepare the annual tax provision in the consolidated financial statements of the Company under both US-GAAP and IFRS (statutory purposes), including the preparation of the footnotes under both accounting standards. To prepare the management reporting packages on Revenues (with a focus on Mass Market) Evaluate and anticipate Revenue recognition issues. To ensure that the Company’s projects and change requests are prepared in an environment that is fully compliant with Section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley. To interface with, and provide requested information and documentation to the Company’s External auditors To manage SAP projects linked to revenue Accruals in the mass market environment. To contribute actively to M&A integrations Back-up the closing manager (closing must be done in few days). Manage training sessions with STNVI affiliates and business controller community. Desired skills and Experience University degree in accounting or equivalent Certified/Chartered accountant Minimum 4 years of experience …. (preferably big four) Strong knowledge in USGAAP & IFRS accounting standards Fluent in English and mandarin and French or Italian is a plus Computer literate in Office suite, experience in SAP modules FI/CO/MM mandatory.
