Your responsibilities You will supervise closing and elaborate the yearly budgets and monthly forecasts, elaborate KPI¿s and financials dashboards, maintain and control various Finance systems (ERP, module reconciliation, data warehouse, group reporting,..). In this function you will be the financial reference for the Sales and R&D departments by supporting sales in the design and implementation of the new pricing matrix and ensuring price selling rules. You will also ensure reporting, risk management and financial controls. Create, follow and analyze the profitability of different activities & products by designing efficient standard automated analytical tools. Support, challenge and manage the development of projects and business scenarios. In this position you will be the backup for Controller and Finance Manager. Your qualifications - Degree in Business Administration, Finance or accounting. - Minimum 5 years experience in Controlling in an industrial environment. Cost & Sales controlling experience is a must. - Knowledge of financial care principals including Swiss Gaap & IFRS reporting, industrial controlling, consolidation, budget and forecast. - Strong excel & office skills. Advanced user of integrate ERP is required. - Fluent in French and English. German is an asset. A collaborator with excellent organizational and negotiation skills, able to provide solution and implement changes.
