Qualifications /Experience - 7+ years Experience of a mix of client side and service side experience at senior levels using both quantitative and qualitative INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE/ ACROSS MULTIPLE GEOGRAPHIES - Direct experience OTC/ FMCG is preferred - A minimum of a BA degree - Highly developed strategic thinking, commercial and marketing skills and experience - Ability to contribute at a strategic level with the POV of the consumer/shopper/expert. - Track record of bringing complex projects to successful completion - Proven track record in identifying research needs, developing and managing insight programs and utilizing insight information in a fast-moving environment. - A proven ability to bring the very best out of suppliers, both in terms of servicing and encouraging them to develop new techniques - Strong analytical skills and ability to influence at all levels. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be impactful and assertive. - A strong history of quickly gaining credibility, partnering with and successfully influencing senior teams - Personal credibility, confidence and robustness to influence and challenge senior colleagues, whilst maintaining cultural sensitivity. - Proactive, problem solving attitude towards business challenges - orientated, collaborative style - Ability to enable and drive change - Ability to lead in a complex matrix environment - The behavioral and leadership qualities of the candidate are equally fundamental and will be directly applied to participating in cross-functional teams and effectively influencing senior leaders and multi-culturally diverse markets. - Technical Insights skills of the highest standard will be vital to drive the Consumer First agenda. - Strategic Thinking: must be able to serve as thought leader and develop key insights that lead business development strategy
