Hotel Hoheneck looks for a new Hotel Manager.
The overall profile should be a person with strong capabilities in Sales & Marketing and Leadership & Coaching.
We are open to recruit more than one person if it is needed to cover the profile below:
Areas of responsibility:
The Manager will take responsibility for four main goals;
- revenue
- results
- satisfied guests
- satisfied staff and stakeholders.
This includes among others:
- Leadership of the hotel with overall responsible for Marketing & Sales, Customer & Guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction and economic results and follow up
- Recruitment and coaching of staff
- Personally involved and a key driver for the Sales work
Formal education:
Preferably some kind of "higher education"
Capabilities and profile:
Must requirements:
- German speaking
- Experience from managing people
- Competitive interest and winner instinct
- Marketing and sales profile
- Well acquainted with finance and financial reports
- Well acquainted with IT and technical tools
- Proven leadership and management skills including ability to take decisions in difficult situations
- German, English and Swedish speaking and writing
