Work with JLL and P&G organizations to define, align, develop and deploy innovations supporting the achievement of objectives Roll out of initiatives and prepare their inclusion in the pipeline Support FM Team in the implementation of any regional projects/initiatives Set up end to end new processes and manage their integration with existing operations Deliver improvement against strategic objectives Accountable for success of new initiatives Manage the office safety program and ensure full compliance Partner with the client and collaborate with all site team to design and implement innovative end-to-end processes and services. Ensure flawless transitions achieving financial and service level objectives. A credible, impactful communicator, operating with a “no surprise” approach Manage change. Promote initiatives and results to ensure these are recognized Ready to work on a wide range of service areas and to adapt working hours to project requirements Implementing Industry Best Practice operations. Must have the ability to recognize value creation opportunities and execute on them. Support the implementation on site of regional/global initiatives, ensure specifics are sounded and reflected in planning/execution. Ensure vendor’s performance with contractual obligations, SLA’s, KPI / CPI Degree education in relevant discipline Proven track record of acting as the lead project manager Customer/Supplier relationship management skills Proven Leadership role in a service assignment Strong record in delivering against stretched targets Excellent communication skills Ability to self-manage, balancing multiple priorities and Customers Self-starter and pro-active Result-oriented Facilities Management experience will be an advantage Comfortable with MS Office Readiness to embrace new IT platforms Fluent English Active listening skills Ability to assess and evaluate situations Ability to identify critical issues
