Arbeitsbeschreibung:
Deloitte Project controlling team based in Zurich is looking for a junior project controller, who will be assisting controlling team on managing financials of large and complex projects.
This role requires junior controller to provide finance business partnering by delivering budget assurance, performance improvement and proactive financial support on complex projects.

Key activities of the role are as follows:

• Invoicing and WIP management each month
• Enabling the practice group to achieve its objectives, make decisions and plan appropriately through the effective understanding and use of financial analysis.
• Monitoring performance against long-term strategic and short-term operational plans and assisting the partners formulate the necessary actions to be taken to achieve agreed financial targets.
• Advanced ad-hoc analysis as required to help maximise GM across the programme
• Proactively working with PM’s and partners to provide financial expertise and support, e.g. attendance/presentations at partner and leadership meetings
• Providing financial mentoring and training to junior resource and PMs.
• Providing necessary financial support to ensure strategic programme development, client retention and increased client profitability within the practice.
• Being able to articulate any budget risks of any significant working capital issues
• Periodic planning and budgeting
• Executing the firm's pricing and take on procedure through Pricing Tool and TOP/CC support.
• Work with PMs on bids and proposals.
