En qualité de juriste, vous travaillerez au niveau international dans le domaine de haute technologie, et serez notamment chargé(e) des tâches suivantes: Support juridique de la société dans les projets du développement dans les domaines de haute technologie sur les marchées suisse et européens Préparation de rapports juridiques et d'avis de droit en matière de droit des affaires et de droit fiscal en droit suisse, russe et international Elaboration et rédaction de documents juridiques en anglais, français et russe, notamment en relation avec des cocontractants provenant des pays de l'Est Représentation de la société sur les marchées russe, européen et suisse Traductions écrites et orales Préparation et suivi de la documentation interne (contrats de travail, PV etc.) Correspondance en langues russe, anglaise et française Collaboration avec notre département comptabilité Maintien et développement du réseau relationnel avec nos partenaires Profil minimum requis: Master en droit économique ou fiscal suisse Diplômée en droit russe Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans en Suisse dans le domaine du droit des affaires, du droit fiscal ou du droit commercial Bonnes connaissances de la jurisprudence russe, suisse et internationale Maîtrise des langues anglaise, russe et française à l'écrit et à l'oral
