Position will be located in Tasly Europe Co. Ltd head office in Genève. Reporting directly to CEO, you will join a multi-cultural team where you will prepare marketing plan and execute the activities for each of the markets the company is introduced to support the product sales and brand awareness. Your responsibilities include: Prepare marketing strategy and marketing activities plan based on each of the markets. Adjust the marketing activities to the feedback of the customers and market analysis. Keep close contact to key clients to assure the marketing activities are up to date and in line with the needs of the market. Select the KPI for each marketing activity to have traceability and evaluation of the efficacy. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the performance, efficacy and suggest corrective measures. Work closely with sales managers and partners, involving them in the teamwork when designing marketing activities. Communicate on the regular basis with the Marketing department of Tasly Head Office in Tianjin on the planning, execution and follow up of marketing plan. Regularly review Brand Awareness metrics and suggest the targets which can be reached with suggested activities. Participate in regular meetings, sales briefings, conferences, other venues to ensure the marketing activities and brand agenda is fuelled with the recent data and marketing trends. Requirements Fluency in chinese language is mandatory. Has experience in marketing of OTC and FMCG segments Master degree in Marketing and Communication (ideal), Business Management, or Economy. Agency experience will be a plus. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Marketing role. Experience in campaign development and digital marketing. Has experience working with Traditional Chinese Medicine, is familiar with TCM culture and philosophy. Has experience in multicultural teamwork. Previous work in Chinese companies for European market is a plus. Strong project management skills, strong influencing and cross-functional leadership abilities and possess a high level of attention to detail. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English languages. Additionally: French language, any other European language is a plus.
