Poste : Médecin-consultant, avec titre de Chef de clinique. Activité : Exercer en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe infirmière une activité de consultance spécialisée en soins palliatifs auprès des médecin-traitants et des équipes soignantes, par des consultations au chevet du patient et/ou des conseils téléphoniques. Ce poste comporte également une activité pédagogique et de promotion des soins palliatifs. Profil : Titre FMH en médecine interne générale ou formation jugée équivalente. Expérience en soins palliatifs spécialisés (unité de lits et/ou équipe mobile). Formation en soins palliatifs souhaitée. Sont demandés : une aptitude à la collaboration et au travail en équipe interdisciplinaire, un intérêt pour l’activité de consultance, un intérêt pour la formation (savoir transmettre). Permis de conduire et véhicule personnel indispensables. Une expérience dans le contexte communautaire serait un atout. Bonne maîtrise de la langue française indispensable.
