Your responsibilities In line with the company’ strategy you actively participate to the definition of new product development. Furthermore, you propose, develop and implement product roadmaps to maintain our leading position on the market. Own the quality of the product and drive improvements. You will be the point of contact between international affiliates, technical sales and R&D. Understanding the market and technology trends and you will maintain awareness of product technology requirements. You will be responsible of market analysis and consolidation in order to define the new product definition. You will prepare product launches including technical requirement documents and participate in engineering critical design reviews. Your qualifications - Degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or equivalent) or International Business School with 5 years minimum experience in an industrial environment. - Prior experience as Product Manager, ideally in the field of motion control, robotics, automation, printing, medical, production or special machineries. - Knowledge about industrial machinery business (motion control, semiconductor, machine-tools, robotics/automation). - Experience or knowledge about Direct Drive technology would be a plus. - Fluent written and spoken English (fluent).
