Responsible for sourcing and developing cooperation with the suppliers of top and premium level brands worldwide so as to obtain for Lifemall the exclusivity or non-exclusivity distribution rights, with full understanding of Lifemalls business models Responsible for evaluating suppliers' qualification, negotiating business contract clauses, signing and executing the contracts upon the approval of the management of the company Responsible for the real-time monitoring of the changes in the official price of the product from its country of purchase, tax refund, logistics and insurance cost etc., making timely adaptation for the company cost saving Responsible for monitoring the suppliers to upload timely their in-season products, and updating instantly relevant product information online Responsible for optimizing the inventory management, sending regular purchasing order to suppliers and tracking the delivery Responsible for reporting timely the relevant data and information required by Marketing department and providing professional advice for Marketing department as well Assisting Customer Service team to communicate and coordinate with the suppliers for quality issues of purchased products.
