Capabilities required

• Masters or Bachelor degree in economics or business administration (for business risks) or in computer science or engineering (for IT risks).
• Knowledge on risk management and internal controls is a requirement.
• 3-4 years of experience in the areas of risk assessment and mitigation, business process and internal controls assessment and design and/or IT risks and controls (i.e. ITGC design, testing…). External audit background in financial or IT audit with controls experience is also valuable.
• You have a global mind-set and have international experience working with other geographies or working also in other countries.
• You are proactive, always seek for new opportunities and are able to identify, understand and respond to client and market needs.
• You are passionate about clients and are able to build productive, long-term relationships with them. You make an impact that matters.
• You have excellent social skills with people across all levels (leaders, peers and clients) and enjoy working with different people from various fields. You have experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• You are reliable, committed, able to work independently and willing to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
• You are fluent in English. Each additional Swiss national language (particularly German) is an advantage.
• You are receptive to travel, depending on project and client needs.
