Outstanding industry personal and professional network within HNW/UHNW for the relevant market to support our growth strategy and to push the development agenda for revenue, NNA and SGC (Single Global Currency) Proven track record of relevant experience in a client acquisition and management of wealth for clients Depending on the seniority of the role to be filled, the years of experience required in one of the roles for Middle East, NRI, Africa markets will vary starting from 3-5 years for a junior role reaching up to 7 years or more for a senior position Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions to clients including the digital banking solutions First class presentation and communication skills; able to listen, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high performance culture Entrepreneurial and innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities Highest professional work ethic and standards, decisiveness, innovative thinking and ability to cope under pressure High level of professional and personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
