8 – 10 Years of experience in developing solutions in SAP FICO module with at least 3+ end to end implementation and at least 3+ rollouts. Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with specialization in Financial Accounting Candidate should have Good experience in core FI CO modules - GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, and internal orders Good knowledge of the New GL implementations. Good experience in DME with formats MT101, MT940, MT942 and ACH Good knowledge on TR module. Experience in FSCM and BCS. Experience in Project Accounting process (only WBS). Strong knowledge of FI integration with MM, SD, PP, PS and HCM Knowledge in interfacing SAP with third party systems more specifically banks and knowledge of IDOCS. Analyze business requirements and translates them into high level design based on SAP best practices. Working knowledge on creation and the use of uploading tools like LSMW's, etc. Experience in writing Functional Specs for Complex WRICEF developments. Knowledge of consolidation and Financial Statement reporting from SAP. Preferable to have an accounting/finance qualification/specialization Should have worked in a multi-country/region SAP environment such as Asia, Europe and the USA. Knowledge on BW/BO reporting. Knowledge on trading business processes is mandatory Other attributes: The candidate should be from Accounting domain with commodities trading background mandatory. The candidate should have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Should have work experience in onsite – offshore working model. Should be able to co-ordinate offshore team working from India. Preferred to know Telugu language, since the complete offshore team is from Hyderabad, India. Should operate effectively in a multi-cultural, global environment working with a variety of business and project team. Should have excellent communication skills and Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
