Itac SA à Nyon recherche: Chef de Projet technique Technical Project Manager The areas of responsibilities are as follow: - lead the technical team - manage the delivery of projects developed by a team of developers - post development of projects and follow-up on enhancement requests - technical and functional maintenance As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - interact with Business to understand the requirements - guide the team in case of technical issues - mentor the team technically - manage the project from initial phase until delivery - post-delivery , own the project and be able to do minor enhancements Expected skills: - 11 to 15 years of IT experience with at least 6 plus years in project management with engineering background - PMP Certified, Agile Certified would be a plus - minimum 2-4 years of professional experience background in the development of object-oriented software - in-depth knowledge in the following areas: OOAD with UML, Java and JEE (standards, programming and Patterns).Application Server (Oracle WLS, IBM WebSphere, JBoss), Internet technologies. - in addition, knowledge is desirable in integration technologies and Web services standards - database Certification (Oracle or DB2) is must - should have minimum 3 years of experience in handling projects operating on Onsite /Offshore Model - at least 2 years of experience in Software Education related projects - experience in Bank / Finance, Payroll domain is plus - should have skills to interact with Requirement engineers, Business managers, and Test managers and drive the project to reach the Target model. - deep technical expertise in web development eg in Python, Java or PHP with and have a strong interest in innovative web solutions - experience and proven track record in handling vendors for outsourced IT project work - experience with Quality Center, MS Visio is an advantage - high level of English speaking/writing/reading skills and Basic French reading knowledge is a plus - ready to travel (40%) during the project and good vendor management skills - we are looking for a flexible and reliable person with analytical thinking and intercultural sills. Very good English skills is a must, French would be a plus.
