Vos missions : - Pratiquer l’anesthésiologie au sein d’une équipe interdisciplinaire (9000 cas/an et 1600 naissances/an) - Pratiquer tous types d’anesthésie à l’exception de l’anesthésie pour la chirurgie cardiaque et la neurochirurgie - Encadrer les médecins anesthésistes en formation - Développer un pôle de compétence au sein du département - Participer à la bonne marche et à la gestion du service - Possibilité de poursuivre une activité académique selon l'organisation du service Votre profil : - Diplôme de médecin suisse ou équivalent - Titre FMH de spécialiste en anesthésiologie ou titre équivalent - Expérience de chef de clinique ou chef de clinique adjoint dans un établissement de catégorie A souhaitée Vos compétences : - Engagement, disponibilité et sens des responsabilités - Flexibilité et bonne capacité d'adaptation - Aptitudes pour l'enseignement - Sens de la communication et de la négociation - Autonomie, capacité de décision et de mise en œuvre - Cadre de travail attractif et conditions de travail régies par la Convention collective de travail pour les médecins- cadres de l'Hôpital neuchâtelois
