Vos missions : - Participer aux décisions et au développement du service de chirurgie - Participer à l’activité de formation déployée dans le service de chirurgie - Prendre en charge les patients relevant de sa spécialité (consultation ambulatoire possible) - Soutenir le développement des pôles de compétences, en particulier dans le domaine de la colo proctologie - Collaborer avec une équipe de médecins cadres motivés Votre profil : - Diplôme de médecin suisse, ou titre jugé équivalent - Titres de spécialiste FMH en chirurgie et formation approfondie en chirurgie viscérale - Ancien chef de clinique universitaire - Expérience en gestion de personnel et en conduite de projet - Lien universitaire fortement souhaité avec activité académique Vos compétences : - Engagement professionnel et sens des responsabilités - Flexibilité et bonne capacité d’adaptation - Leadership et disponibilité - Aptitude confirmée pour l'enseignement - Sens de la communication et de la négociation - Autonomie, capacité de décision et de mise en œuvre
