Your responsibilities You will coordinate and support the sales activities for ETEL core products in a dedicated geographical area managed by local subsidiaries. This role involves among various tasks commercial and technical support and the synthesis of market and technical information to feedback internally. Supporting commercially and technically field sales to successfully close a deal will be your primary objective while following our company strategy. This support is expected to be provided giving technical presentations to customers and field sales, providing pre-sales technical assistance, traveling directly to customers to build and strengthening company positioning with the field sales with whom you will have established a solid and trustful working relationship. You will have to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. At trade shows, conferences and customer visits you will collect information about the market helping us to improve our sales strategies, to drive subsidiaries and agents to penetrate the market. You follow customer, from the request for quotation, to contract negotiation and, finally, to acceptance. Throughout all these activities, you are supported by in-house product management, order processing, after sales service and a technical application team dedicated to help our customer to live a smooth adoption of our products. You will also be responsible to provide guidance and support (from headquarter and at customer site) to Field Sales to explore new markets in which ETEL existing products can be successfully capitalized and deployed in order to generate revenue growth. Your qualifications • Degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or equivalent) or International Business School with 5 years minimum experience in an industrial environment. • Knowledge about industrial machinery business (motion control, semiconductor, machine-tools, robotics/automation). • Experience or knowledge about Direct Drive technology would be a plus. • Fluent written and spoken English (advanced). A person who is ready to do international travel for up to 25% of his time.
