What you can expect from us



The Monitor Deloitte Strategy Consulting Practice at Deloitte is seeking to hire an experienced professional to join our growing Private Sector Life Sciences team. We are looking for someone with experience and background in strategy consulting to Life Sciences companies and/or similarly rigorous roles in a Life Sciences company’s strategy group. This experience might be current or reflect a prior role in a top-tier strategy consulting firm. The more senior candidate, in addition to excellent people and team management skills, is also likely to already have a network of relationships in the Life Sciences industry, demonstrating clear potential to pursue a successful longer-term career with the firm.

Your qualifications


• University degree from a reputable institution; MBA from a leading business

  school or equivalent experience

• Extensive experience (6+ years) and background in strategy consulting within

  a consulting firm including relevant industry reference

• Industry focus (Life Sciences, Consumer Business, or Manufacturing)
• Incisive thinker, confident with concepts, analysis and frameworks
• Ability to structure, manage and deliver change
• Team leader with an enthusiastic, positive, 'can do' attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with notable presence
• Passionate about doing an outstanding job for the Client
• Fluency in English and either German or French
• Full travel mobility
