Vos missions : - Participation à la création et au développement d'une nouvelle unité de gériatrie aigue de 18 lits - Supervision des médecins-assistants et médecins- stagiaires - Participation à la formation pré et post graduée - Participation à l'organisation du service et au tournus de garde (urgences, soins continus) en collaboration avec le service de médecine interne - Travail au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire orientée sur le projet du patient Votre profil : - Diplôme de médecin suisse, ou européen - Titre de spécialiste en médecine interne générale (ou en voie d'obtention), ou titre équivalent - Expérience minimum de 3 ans en médecine hospitalière - Expérience en gériatrie ou intérêt pour la gériatrie, un atout - Maîtrise de la langue française parlée et écrite, maitrise des outils informatiques de base Vos compétences : - Sens de la communication, de la collaboration et du travail en équipe - Engagement professionnel et sens des responsabilités - Autonomie, flexibilité et capacité d'adaptation - Esprit d'entreprise et d'innovation
