Vos missions : - Direction et développement du service de gastroentérologie - Activité au sein du département de médecine (stationnaire et ambulatoire) en collaboration avec les équipes d'endoscopie, les partenaires internes et les spécialistes agréés - Affiliation à un service de gastroentérologie universitaire prévu et soutenu; maintien d'une activité académique souhaité - Formation des médecins assistants des autres départements, y inclus la formation au lit du patient Votre profil : - Diplôme de médecin suisse ou équivalent - Titre de spécialiste FMH en gastroentérologie ou équivalent - Expérience confirmée en tant que chef de clinique (au minimum) de gastroentérologie dans une structure universitaire ou dans un hôpital cantonal - Excellentes connaissances et pratiques des techniques endoscopiques modernes - Maîtrise de l'ERCP et/ou de l'endosonographie un atout - Lien universitaire, souhaité - Connaissance de la langue française Vos compétences : - Leadership - Engagement, disponibilité et sens des responsabilités - Flexibilité et bonne capacité dadaptation - Sens de la communication et de la négociation - Autonomie, capacité de décision et de mise en uvre
