Facilitate understanding and coordination between Addax and SIPC regarding Finance, Planning & Economic, Auditing & Risk Management, IT, Marketing & Supply Chain Strengthen key functions in cost control, budget, treasury, BP and Economic evaluation, long term strategy development and execution, process & procedure standardisation Support CFO in developing Financial Strategies for Addax, mitigate inefficiencies and strengthen accounting, treasury and control functions Actively use the Sinopec Global Procurement Platform, support CLO and Corporate Head of Supply Chain Management enhancing Addax global procurement management Broad knowledge of the upstream business, with experience in an operational area Good understanding of contractual matters & financial control processes Ability to identify and analyse complex problems and propose solutions Geographical mobility for short business trips Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and Mandarin (for both technical and managerial issues) Self-motivated, results-oriented, pro-active Strong team player Leadership by example Able to maintain confidentiality Strong analytical/problem solving skills Stress resistant, flexible, confident and actively influencing Degree in a relevant discipline Preferably holding a Masters Degree/MBA Minimum 20+ years relevant experience in financial roles within the E&P Sector with emphasis on work experience in one or more operating companies Upstream oil & gas leadership or coordination role
