Le Centre de Genève pour la promotion des droits de lhomme et du dialogue global est à la recherche dun-e directeur-trice exécutif-ve reportant directement au Conseil dAdministration. La personne sera nommée pour une durée de 3 ans est responsable daccomplir la mission et le plan stratégique du Centre. Il-elle sera en charge de Fournir un conseil stratégique au Conseil dAdministration Gérer le Centre et superviser, assurer ses buts financiers et sa performance efficace Développer et mettre en uvre des stratégies, plans et programmes en lien avec les buts du Centre et avec la poursuite de ses objectifs Construire des partenariats stratégiques et des relations constructives avec la communauté de la région MENA et les organisations internationales, de charité et les agences adéquates Etablir une ambiance de travail positive, saine et professionnelle Mettre en uvre toutes autres tâches requises par le Conseil dAdministration. Exigences du poste PhD ou Master en affaires internationales, en droit international public ou en affaires humanitaires Parler couramment deux des langues suivantes : arabe, anglais, français. Etre à même de travailler dans la troisième. Au moins 10 ans dexpérience multilatérale dans un poste de cadre dirigeant, dans le secteur intergouvernemental ou non gouvernemental.
