Participate in the operational and administrative management of the group as part of management team Define the objectives of the firefighting teams Lead and implement various FRS projects Prepare for, supervise and take part in events Take part in training exercises in accordance with the FRS training plan Develop collaborations with the various partners of the FRS Bachelor of Professional fire and rescue management officer or equivalent, recognized by a public service Experience in an urban, industrial or large organised fire service environment 5 years' experience as professional firefighter and 3 years of professional experience as an officer, or in a leadership role Experience of operational command involving multiple appliances Experience in the production and practical application of emergency plans Experience of collaborating with other emergency services or local authorities Knowledge in technological hazards, hazardous materials, fire prevention in buildings, organisational planning, or in other specialist areas Drafting and implementing operational policy and procedures English and French For Public Sector firefighters, obtain secondment conditions from his/her existing employer Shift work and stand-by duty, including nights, Sundays and public holidays Work in radiation areas Intervene in underground installations Live in the immediate vicinity of the installations Valid driving licence (cat B) Wearing of uniform, appropriate protective clothing and equipment Comply with CERN's and Fire service rules and regulations
