Provide customised storage and waste management solutions to meet the requirements of in-house customers Supervise the execution of service contracts by outside contractors Handle the administrative follow-up of requests and interventions, up to the checking of invoices. For the duties relating to storage areas, you will Propose solutions for the layout of the various storage areas available and supervise their implementation in collaboration with in-house services or outside contractors Optimise the existing storage space and identify new spaces on-site or elsewhere, if necessary Implement and enhance operational and safety procedures taking into account the industrial nature of the activities Assume responsibility for safety in the buildings located in the storage areas Keep the data on the stored materials up to date on the dedicated in-house software. Check the general cleanliness of the site and take any action necessary in cooperation with the contractors and building managers Ensure that materials are correctly sorted in skips and containers Check and, if necessary, coordinate interventions in the event of pollution Technical certificate in the field of logistcs and/or the management of waste, or equivalent. A valid driving licence. Proven experience in waste storage and/or treatment, preferably in an industrial environment; Knowledge of the main materials used in the industrial sector, in particular chemicals, and of their specific characteristics with regard to storage Experience in personnel supervision/coordination and in administrative follow-up. Equipment used in storage areas Safety standards relating to storage and waste management; ADR certification Implementation of LEAN principles. Knowledge of the operation of a storage facilities Knowledge of the rules and safety instructions relating to waste Customer service Use of Office software packages. English or French Work in radiation areas.
