Le Senior Vice President supervisera l'élaboration et l'exécution de compagnes de mobilisation à grande échelle - depuis les premières idées stratégiques, la conceptualisation, la mise en oeuvre et l'exécution, et sera chargé de fournir des commentaires tout au long du processus de création afin de s'assurer que les campagnes de mobilisation correspondent aux objectifs et stratégies élaborés. Cahier des charges : Gérer les campagnes à grande échelle Gérer les équipes de stratégistes, planificateurs, autres spécialistes, et les clients Développer de nouvelles activités commerciales Modeler et implémenter les meilleures pratiques internes de "Weber Shandwick Client expérience programme" Présenter les résultats aux clients et par le biais de présentations claires et attrayantes Analyser l'exécution des campagnes clés et appliquer les connaissances acquises aux travaux futurs Compétences et expériences professionnelles : Expérience dans une agence mondiale et la gestion de clients Expérience dans le domaine du développement durable Compréhension de la valeur partagée et évolution de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises, du développement durable et de la philanthropie Expérience de travail avec des ONG Expérience et connaissance dans la politique d'intérêt public et dans la politique américaine Capacité de travailler directement avec les clients et les agences afin de développer des relations solides Compréhension de la synergie entre le marketing, relations publiques et les médias sociaux Connaissance linguistique : anglais, niveau professionnel Expérience avérée de développer d'excellentes relations avec les clients et être un conseiller de confiance Qualifications : Bachelor en sciences humaines ou sciences sociales, Master en business recommandé Minimum 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la communication et la planification stratégique Compétence dans la gestion et capacité à motiver et instruire les collègues de tous les niveaux Facilité avec la gestion de projets sur plusieurs marchés et domaines De fortes capacités de communication Capacité à développer et gérer les budgets et les échéanciers du projet
